The Terms & Conditions apply to all business transactions carried out by LegalShowPlates.com, which for the purposes of this document will be referred to as the 'Company'. The person purchasing goods or services from the 'Company' will from herein be referred to as the 'Customer'. The 'Website' will refer to www.legalshowplates.com and any other website's owned and operated by LegalShowPlates.com. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

SECURE PAYMENT

As a responsible and compliant company trading on the internet the 'Company' only uses internationally recognised third party payment providers to accept the 'Customers' payment, namely PAYPAL. You can therefore be rest assured that your card details are securely encrypted during the payment process so no one can access your card information. Any card information the 'Customer' enters on the 'Company's' 'Website' is not stored or visible to the 'Company'.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

CANCELLATIONS

The goods the 'Company' provides are both personalised and made to the 'Customers' specification, therefore under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the 'Company' is obliged to inform you that we do not offer a cancellation period once the order has been placed, be that by internet, telephone or through traditional mail order systems. In certain circumstances where an order has been placed but the 'Company' has not yet processed the order i.e. has not yet started to create the personalised goods; the 'Company' may be willing to change the details of the order free of charge, however this is at the 'Company's' discretion.

DELIVERY

The 'Company' will attempt to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. All orders received before 1300hrs Monday to Friday will be sent on the same day where possible. Any orders received after 1300hrs will be sent on the next day, except where the order is received after 1300hrs on Friday, during the weekend, or on a bank holiday in which case orders will be sent on the next working day. All orders will be sent using Royal Mail, however the 'Company' reserves the right to use alternative carriers where appropriate. Delivery times are dictated by the delivery option the 'Customer' chooses during the payment process. For standard Economy Service option please allow up to 7 working days to receive your goods. For Royal Mail Tracked24, the 'Company' will only provide a Tracking number upon request by the 'Customer'. Please allow 2 working days for this service level as the Tracked24 is not a GUARANTEED Next Day service. Royal Mail states it is 90-95% accurate for Next Working Day.

The 'Company' cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays or errors caused by the postal service.

RETURNS POLICY

The 'Company' will provide replacement goods if it is responsible for an error or if the item is defective/damaged when you receive it. However, you must notify the 'Company' in writing before getting authorisation to return the goods within 14 days of the date you received them. You may also be asked to email a picture showing the error/damage.

Once the 'Company' has received the returned goods it will send replacement goods within 7 days - you will not be charged for re-delivery. The 'Company' advises the use of a recorded delivery service to ensure the returns reach us promptly and securely - we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

The 'Company' makes every effort to ensure that the information on the 'Website' is accurate and current. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you notice an error please email us at feedback@legalshowplates.com.

The 'Company' makes the Show Plates according to the information the 'Customer' provides. We strongly recommend you check the details of your order before proceeding with payment. Once the order has been placed the 'Company' may not be able to make changes to the order. We are not obliged to give refunds for any personalised item when the 'Customer' is responsible for the mistake.

The 'Company' reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for any reason whatsoever.

The "Show Plate Designer", and any Show Plates displayed on the 'Website' are for illustrative purposes only and the finished product may differ from those on the 'Website'. The 'Company' does not guarantee the accuracy of the colours displayed on the 'Website' in relation to the colours on the finished product.

COPYRIGHT

The graphics, images, textual content and script (code) contained on the 'Website' is wholly owned by the 'Company' and should not be copied or saved without the 'Company's' written permission. Any branded logos displayed on the 'Website' remain the property of their respective owners. By purchasing our products you agree to indemnify the 'Company' from any liability caused.

DISCLAIMER

Any Show Plates ordered from the 'Company', be that by internet, telephone or through traditional mail order systems are sold for off-road use only e.g. trade shows, tracks days or on private roads. The 'Company' cannot be held responsible if the 'Customer' or any other party chooses to use the Show Plates on public roads.
